I am personally contacting you for the first time, hoping you will assist me based on the reality of this transaction. He has been coordinating his men back in IVORY COAST, to cause all sort of disturbance, which eventually led to the death of the INTERIOR MINISTER EMILE BOGA DOUDOU. While all the people that served in his cabinet including some former MINISTER and his Political associate, are in his support, and are now at large. In the event of things during my tenure as the personal aid to EMILE BOGA DOUDOU ,I had in my custody the sum of $9.5M [NINE MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS] in my custody, which was a proceeds he made from the building of the PERMANENT SECRETARIAT OF THE INTERIOR MINISTRY situated in BOUAKE. This funds were kept with me, without the fore knowledge of any other person, of which him EMILE BOGA DOUDOU told me to keep as a secret, as he intend using the money for foreign investment. Him as a member of the present GOVERNMENT wanted to use his position as a minister to transfer the funds , but now that he's no more, the funds are just left in my care . I do not have any means of transfering this funds, as I am not allowed to operate a FOREIGN ACCOUNT as a CIVIL SERVANT. I do not want this investment dream of EMILE BOGA DOUDOU to die, hence, I need an assistance to transfer this funds abroad, as well as invest these funds for for me.Further more, the unstable political system in this part of the world, AFRICA, does not encourage me to place a long-term investment project back here. This is the reason why I am asking for your assistance to help me in the transfer this funds[$9.5MILLION],outside the continent for outright investment, as the GOVERNMENT of my country must not know that I have that large sum of money with me. I have agreed to offer your sincere and candid effort to assist in this regard with 25% of the funds when the transaction is finally concluded via our pre- arranged strategies. I want you to understand that this must be kept and dealt with utmost confidentiality and secrecy, as my future hugely depends on it.
